Join us for a Summer Sunday on the water. You’ll head out onto the river with SUP Yoga teacher Dee Opp, for an awesome experience of stand-up paddle boarding.
Your senses will be uplifted as you learn a new skill on the water, we’ll take you on a journey up the Thames, which will equally take you on a personal journey of balancing the mind.
After our water adventures, we’ll head back to the private riverside retreat for a Well + Happy gratitude feast, prepared by chef and wellness foodie Chelsea Parsons, founder of Well + Happy.
Your plant-based feast will be accompanied by food meditations and powerful mantras.
